The founder of Jacobs Autobody, John Jacobs, managed an automobile machine shop for five years before founding the business in 1986. A 1980 graduate of Centerville High School, John, joined by his wife Kristin, established the company emphasizing high standards and right business ethics. Keeping customers satisfied has been the Jacobs' primary goal. Today’s Automobile is a complicated piece of equipment with on board computer controlled systems which require specialized testing equipment. We use State of the art electronic diagnostic monitors and uni-body re-aligning equipment . Our employees are ASE and I-CAR certified to provide a professional, quality job every time. John Etienne, Jacobs Autobody General Manager and a 25 year veteran of the Collision Repair Industry, ensures that all work gets done professionally and efficiently. We have experience with all types of domestic and foreign vehicles. Some of our specialties include, Corvettes, Vipers, Mercedes Benz, Classic Muscle Cars, and Harley Davidson’s to name a few. In order to display our abilities, John Jacobs has purchased several restoration projects which are finished and on display in two glass showrooms and an auto dealership lot. Jacobs Autobody occupies over 16,000 sq. ft. There are two offices, two showrooms, a comfortable customer lounge area, and a repair facility on this site. We use professional equipment, such as our 2 ten ton frame racks which are capable of straightening anything from truck frames to complex uni-body structures. For those finishing touches, all our paint applications have the Sherwin Williams Lifetime Warranty System. Jacobs Autobody is dedicated to offer the best service possible in the industry.
